Host a small in-home cooking class, giving you and your guests an experience to remember and new skills under the belt! A personalized instruction session allows you to choose your menu and learn specified kitchen techniques, all without fighting traffic and sold out classes. Private, in-home class includes planning, grocery shopping, instruction, a full meal (in most cases), clean up, and guests receive copies of the recipes learned! Contact me directly to book.
Dinner parties, small events, corporate lunch, weekly meal prep, special occasions, Valentine's reservation at home, film set catering...
Most of my work is currently taken abroad. I'm the best traveling chef.
Gather your team to build camaraderie, understanding and cooperation - in the kitchen! There’s nothing like the common denominator of food to encourage your team to get to know one another and promote a healthier workplace environment. Together, with the help of an instructor, participants will create a meal from start to finish and end the gathering seated around a communal table enjoying their 4-5 course family-style meal.
Have a larger team? Bring them all! Participants will be split into two groups: food and beverage. The foodies will be responsible for preparing the family-style meal as stated above, while the other half - the bevvies - will partake in a cocktail making course, providing their colleagues with freshly made beverages. The two groups will come together in the end to share and consume their creations with one another.
Menu is flexible and will be decided by the chef instructor in consultation with organizer.
Are you trying to get healthy? First step is cleaning out your refrigerator and pantry for a fresh start. I'll get rid of the processed foods cluttering your kitchen and preventing optimal health. We will start anew with clean, whole, healthful foods to help you lead the lifestyle you have always wanted. Next stop: grocery store. I'll teach you how to shop the best items to stock your kitchen for continued food success at home. Now you just need a couple cooking classes with me to round out your newfound clean eating lifestyle!
