How can you resist sushi and tempura? In this class, students will explore two of Japan’s most popular and delicious exports. While sushi and tempura rarely find themselves on the same menu in Japan, we feel OK bending the rules of tradition in order to accommodate for a very satisfying homemade meal -- and you’ll be surprised how easy it is with simple instructions and a couple new tools!
