Look no further than our Simple + Seasonal Series where students will learn approachable techniques to tackle the season’s best offerings. Meat doesn’t always need to be the star; it can play more of a supporting role. You’ll learn methods to simply and subtly highlight seasonal produce, increase confidence in your knife skills, meet new friends, and hopefully gain more of an appreciation for vegetables!
