Vegan cuisine is not necessarily healthy cuisine. Very often vegans tend towards the more processed, seemingly more ‘normal’ foods in place of whole, real food options. Whether it’s convenience or preference — vegan or not — the importance of eating whole foods that are minimally processed is a concept growing in popularity. This class will explore a few simple techniques and tricks to facilitate the creation of nutritious, healthful meals using plant-based ingredients. Even non-vegans will be amazed at how satisfying it can be! That’s a promise.
