Eating out at restaurants is fun and all, but it’s quite unrealistic to do so all the time. And sometimes you just want restaurant flavors in the comfort of your own home without using UberEats. This class series demystifies a chef/restaurant’s signature flavors, allowing you to easily recreate restaurant food in your own kitchen. In this class, students will explore the notable cuisine of David Chang and his Momofuku restaurant empire. Learn how to implement simple techniques and umami-filled flavor profiles to produce impressive Momofuku-esque meals.
