Southeast Asia is a great distance away, but that won’t stop us from enjoying the food commonly sold and enjoyed right in their streets! Let’s travel to Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Singapore in one evening and recreate our own version of a night market. In this class, students will learn about some new and exotic ingredients as well as some less common techniques in order to execute a Southeast Asian Feast.
