This class will explore the fabulous Spanish tradition of small plates, great company, and a little wine too! The flavor profiles of most of the dishes will remain firmly rooted in Iberia, but expect some creative freedom from your instructor in order to best highlight the produce of the late summer season -- tomatoes, peppers, squash, and eggplant to name a few. Tapas class is a great way to learn how to effortlessly execute simple dishes to entertain a crowd.
