This series of classes explores some classic bistro fare -- arguably one of the most enjoyable cuisines of the world. While we can’t provide cute sidewalk seating and great people watching, this class will surely transport your taste buds to another continent. Learn how to choose, trim, and cook a couple different types of steaks as well as prepare french fries from scratch. The meal is completed by a market salad and a seasonal fruit clafoutis.
