The summer heat brings tons of great produce to the market so let’s cook! -- well, minimally cook. In this class, we’ll introduce you to unique ways to compose salads with interesting, less common ingredients and a couple simple soups to complement them. Students will learn the fundamentals of making a vinaigrette, the importance of textural variety, and the scope of diversity in salad-making. This class is always a crowd favorite as students come away having learned way more than expected!
Please know this class is hands-on -- students will participate in preparing and cooking the meal to be shared family-style at the end of the class.
