In this class, the instructor will cover all the knife basics to give you a strong foundation in the kitchen! From learning the anatomy of a knife and how to hold it to exploring a chop vs. dice vs. chiffonnade, students should walk away from this class with a lot more kitchen confidence. Every student will be able to follow along and practice the knife skills simultaneously with the instructor.
