‘Tis the season for warming, wholesome soups and stews to carry us through the colder months. But, winter produce can be somewhat intimidating and tends to become boring very quickly. This class will explore how to execute seemingly complex flavor profiles with ease and simplistic techniques. We will play with contrasting textures, global ingredients, unique presentations so you can really wow your family and friends this season!
This class is demonstration based — not hands-on — and wine is not provided. You are welcome to BYOB.
While students will not have a hand in prep, we do all share the presented dishes together at the end of the demonstration - a full meal is included in the price.
