The holiday classics are classics for a reason — they’re steadfast, reliable deliciousness. But if you’re anything like me, I’m always craving fresher, lighter, and more interesting sides on the holiday table (alongside the classics)! In this class, we’ll explore some less common autumn/winter produce and simple techniques to create new and different options for this holiday season. These sides should help alleviate leftover guilt and carry you through the season a bit happier with your waistline.

While students will not have a hand in prep, we do all share the presented dishes together at the end of the demonstration - a full meal is included in the price.
