We say yes to all of the dumplings, all of the time. Pockets full of joy make us very joy-filled! This class will explore dumplings from different cultures and how to easily prepare this most delicious communal food — both in preparation and consumption. After this class, you’ll want to get your friends together for dumpling making party.


  • Pan-Fried Pork + Chive Potstickers

  • Shrimp + Green Veg Shumai

  • Quesadilla De Masa (like an empanada!)

  • Cheese + Potato Pierogi

Please know this class is hands-on -- students will participate in preparing and cooking the multi-course meal to be shared family-style at the end of the class.
