Cut It Out! aka Knife Skills 101 -- but not boring.
In this class, the instructor will cover all the knife basics to give you a strong foundation in the kitchen. Turn those bad chopping habits into professional proficiency! From learning the anatomy of a knife and how to hold it to exploring a chop vs. dice vs. chiffonnade, students should walk away from this class with a lot more kitchen confidence. Every student will be able to follow along and practice the knife skills simultaneously with the instructor. Class ends with a family-style meal featuring the fruits of your labor.
Please know this class is hands-on -- students will participate in preparing and cooking the multi-course meal to be shared family-style at the end of the class.
