Who doesn’t love pasta? It’s the ultimate comfort food that makes everyone happy. And there is more than just the common egg dough! This class aims to demystify pasta making at home, focusing on a few lesser known shapes without the use of equipment. We will use our hands and two different types of doughs to make cavatelli and orecchiette, as well as traditional potato gnocchi. Of course, a selection of freshly made sauces will accompany our handmade pastas. Yum.

Please know this class is hands-on -- students will participate in preparing and cooking the meal to be shared family-style at the end of the class.
